Hi Sharon, I think you may want to look at the weather chart for Ottawa again as, at this winter time of year, our temperatures are usually below freezing and frequently go as low as 0 degrees. Today, Wednesday, the temperature is 32 degrees F. but last week it was 0 degrees which is deeply cold. The ground is covered in 2 feet of snow and so I'm quite confident that we'll have a white Christmas.
ReplyDeleteIf you were to pack to come to Canada now you wouldn't need the sunblock that you might need in Mexico. Instead, you'd want to bring every piece of clothing you own! including a very warm coat! Hard to imagine, isn't it?!
I'm so glad that you're part of this blogging program. Enjoy the next activity!

ReplyDeleteHey Sharon

Hi Sharon,
ReplyDeleteIt is always so important to try and be as prepared as you can when you're travelling to a new country. Especially when you're going to Canada in winter! You'll need to know what temperatures to expect, because I imagine it is going to be veeeery cold during your time there.
Ottawas' temperatures usually vary between -4 and -15 degrees during December/January, so I think you need to go back and double check that you were getting the forecast for Ottawa. If you can take a minute or two to edit this blog then we can give you full points for it!
Thanks Sharon, make sure you keep up the blogging!
Cheers,
Dan.
